the future integrity and prosperity of the Nevada
manufactured home community industry.
CONTINUING
EDUCATION
A
continuing education program for owners and managers and assistant
managers is offered
throughout the state to meet the 6-hour annual requirement. All
aspects of Nevada law, community operations and legislative reviews
are presented as well as fair housing, ADA, resident relations,
tenant screening, technology, insurance issues, and other important
issues.
DISCOUNTS
MHCO
members receive substantial discounts on all seminars,
publications, and member services.
GOVERNMENT
RELATIONS
MHCO’S
on-going pro-active government relations program includes year-round
lobbying efforts, coalition building, and representation with
regulatory Agencies, tenant associations, etc. To insure that our
voice is heard communication with the Manufactured Housing
Institute and other State Associations is maintained to take
advantage of national information and issues that impact our
industry.
HOTLINE
In an
effort to assist owners, managers, and residents, a hotline has been
established to provide information about landlord/tenant laws, the
rental assistance program, and other questions pertaining to
mobile/manufactured home community living.
