Welcome to Pleasant Valley home page, and thank you for visiting. We look forward to meeting you in person and appreciate your interest in our Community.
We are a 300 space, all age versatile community, centrally located to schools, shopping, medical facilities, city buses and casinos. Just two miles from "the strip".
Our amenities include a park like setting with large green belt areas, two pools, one heated year around, enclosed Jacuzzi, two dry air saunas, laundry facilities, RV storage and a large clubhouse with library, kitchen, game room, TV and billiards room.

Activities include weekly bingo, monthly free breakfast, potluck and catered dinners, bazaar annually, card games, indoor and pool aerobics, weather permitting.
We are located on Decatur Blvd in the southwest part of the valley. Schools are, Decker elementary, Casman Middle School, Clark High School. Presently we have a few spaces available for various size homes.
