| Marolyn
Mann, CAE Marolyn has been
MHCOs Executive Director since 1986. Her duties include:
 |
Advises, makes recommendations to, and assists in
formulating policies for the Board of Directors;
implements board policies and directives, and represents
the association at public functions.

Oversees
all the associations day to day activities,
including daily administration of office
procedures including personnel / budgets / publications
/ membership solicitation / retention /
fundraising.

Creation and coordination of all association activities,
continuing education programs and social functions.

 |
Thorough
knowledge of the legislative process, lobbying, and
heavy liaison with City, County, and State officials.

In addition to
her Association duties, Marolyn recently received recognition
from the American Society of Association Executives by being
designated a Certified Association Executive (CAE) – this is
the highest honor of professional achievement available from the
Society. She is very active in the community belonging to many
organizations and has received the most prestigious Las Vegas
Chamber of Commerce’s Circle of Excellent Award. Currently,
she is the past President of the Nevada Society of Association
Executives.

Winters, Administrative Assistant

Jeanette
has been with MHCO since 1998. Her duties include:

Day-to-day office clerical procedures & activities.

Responsible for maintaining accurate membership records,
including bookkeeping.

Responsible for maintaining accurate Continuing Education
records, including coordinating with the State
Manufactured Housing Division.

Assists
Executive Director with administrative assignments.
/ |
In addition to
her association duties, she is active in Daughters of the Nile,
editor of Zelzah Shrine Newsletter (Masonic & Shrine Affiliation).
