The Accredited Community Manager (ACM) Course #101
This program covers 2-½ days of extensive training on a number of subjects vital to a successful community operation, and is the only national professional development program for manufactured home community owners & managers. The registration fee for the 2-1/2 day course is $300 per person and includes instruction, class workbook, continental breakfast and refreshment breaks. (Hotel accommodation, if needed is your responsibility)
Mr. Fischer, is an owner of several manufactured home communities in Nevada, Arizona and Utah and is President of Realsearch Corporation. He serves on several boards and was a professor at the University of Southern California. He has written articles for the Federal Home Loan Bank Board’s Housing Finance Journal, the Appraisal Journal, the Real Estate Appraiser Journal and Western Mobile Home Association Reporter. Mr. Fischer graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Graduate School of Business with a Master of Science of Business, Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration, he also holds the ACM designation from The Manufactured Housing Institute. This course is presented by MHCO in cooperation with the Manufactured Housing Educational Institute.
